Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 8, 2026
1. Who we are
SWIZSOFT operates as a group through three entities: SWIZSOFT LLC (Texas, United States — group headquarters), SWIZSOFT LTD (England & Wales), and SWIZSOFT Pakistan. We provide SWIZ OS (tax and compliance automation) and SWIZ X (AI-driven growth tools). SWIZSOFT LLC is the entity responsible for client-facing contracts unless a regional entity is specified.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
- Billing information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not store card numbers on our own systems.
- Usage data — feature usage, log data, IP address, and device or browser information.
- Content you provide — documents, business data, and prompts you submit to generate tax filings, ad content, or AI Visibility reports.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. How we use your data
We use the data described above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve SWIZ OS and SWIZ X;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Paddle;
- Send service, security, and billing notifications;
- Provide customer support;
- Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations; and
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our services.
4. AI processing & third-party subprocessors
SWIZ OS and SWIZ X use third-party AI providers (including Anthropic and OpenAI) to process content you submit — for example, to generate tax deduction suggestions, ad copy, or AI Visibility reports. Content is sent to these providers solely to generate your requested output and is subject to their data processing terms.
Other subprocessors include Paddle (payments) and standard cloud infrastructure and email delivery providers. A full subprocessor list is available on request at support@swizsoft.com.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management, and may use limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on swizsoft.com. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
7. Data retention
We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Compliance records generated through SWIZ OS may be retained longer where required by applicable tax law. You may request deletion subject to these requirements.
8. International transfers
As a group with entities in the United States, United Kingdom, and Pakistan, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers originating in the UK or EU.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@swizsoft.com.
10. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for business use by individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to support@swizsoft.com, or in writing to SWIZSOFT LLC, Texas, United States.
