Principles we do not trade away.
SOC 2 controls, GDPR, encryption at rest and in transit, immutable audit logs and tenant isolation are designed in — not retrofitted after the first enterprise deal.
AI is the architecture, not a chat box bolted onto a CRUD app. Every product is designed around what a model can reason about and where a human must stay in the loop.
Tax OS understands tax rules. We would rather ship one module that a specialist trusts than ten that impress nobody.
If a module is in development, it says so. Live means a customer can pay for it today and it works. Roadmaps are published as roadmaps.
Every module inherits the same identity, billing, AI gateway and audit engine. That is why each new module ships faster than the last.

How we got here.
The company is founded to build software for businesses that carry regulatory weight — the work that cannot afford to be approximately right.
Entities incorporated in the United States and United Kingdom, with an engineering operation in Pakistan. Core platform architecture designed: shared identity, billing, AI gateway and audit engine.
The platform ships with its first production module: AI deduction discovery, multi-entity filing and continuous compliance monitoring.
AI agents, AI Visibility and an ads and content engine ship as a separate product line, extending the group from compliance into growth.
Engineering, Commerce, Health and HSE modules move toward release, alongside the public developer platform and partner marketplace.
