Who we are

One partner for engineering, procurement, industrial trading and energy solutions.

SWIZ ENERGY brings engineering judgement and procurement discipline into a single organisation. We are built for buyers and project teams who are tired of splitting a requirement across a design consultant, three traders and a freight agent — and then owning every gap between them.

We start with the engineering

Every requirement is reviewed by an engineer before it is priced. Where a specification is ambiguous, incomplete or technically wrong, we say so first — that conversation is cheaper than the wrong equipment on site.

We source internationally

Manufacturer, authorised distributor or equivalent — we scan the market rather than pushing whatever sits in a warehouse, and we show you the origin, lead time and technical deviation on every line.

We document what we claim

Certifications, warranties and performance figures come from the manufacturer's own documentation for the exact model quoted. If it cannot be evidenced, it does not appear in our offer.

Specification matching

Your datasheet against the manufacturer's — line by line, with deviations listed rather than buried.

Single accountability

Design, supply, logistics and commissioning under one contract instead of four finger-pointing vendors.

Documentation pack

Certificates, test reports and O&M material delivered with the goods, not chased afterwards.

Honest availability

Lead time and origin stated per line. Where we cannot supply legitimately, we tell you instead of substituting.

Global procurement

If you can specify it, SWIZ ENERGY can work to source it

Send a part number, a photo of a nameplate, a drawing or a full BOQ. Our procurement team identifies the manufacturers and distributors capable of meeting it, and comes back with options — including honest alternatives when the original is discontinued.

Availability always depends on technical specification, manufacturer capability, export-control and compliance rules, destination-country import requirements, quantity and lead time. We confirm all of these in writing before you commit.
How we work

From requirement to after-sales

The same ten stages whether you are buying one obsolete relay or building a 2 MW solar plant. Smaller jobs simply move through them faster.

01

Requirement

You send a BOQ, drawing, part number, datasheet, photo or a plain description of the problem.

02

Technical review

An engineer reviews the requirement and comes back with clarifications, not a guess.

03

Survey & design

Where the scope needs it: site survey, load analysis, sizing, drawings and BOQ preparation.

04

Sourcing & RFQ

We issue RFQs to a matched supplier panel and pull in manufacturer documentation.

05

Comparison

You receive a technical compliance sheet alongside the commercial comparison — both, not one.

06

Order & inspection

Purchase order, manufacturing follow-up, expediting and inspection before shipment.

07

Logistics & delivery

Freight coordination, documentation and delivery to the site or consolidation point.

08

Install & commission

Installation supervision, testing, commissioning and handover with as-built documentation.

09

After-sales

Spares, maintenance contracts, O&M support and repeat-order pricing.

10

Repeat & framework

Call-off pricing, agreed stock holding and framework arrangements for recurring items.

Hard-to-find parts

Can't find the part you need?

Send the part number, specification, drawing, photo or equipment model. Our procurement team will identify suitable sourcing options through our international supplier network — including equivalents and alternatives where the original is obsolete.

Send your requirement

What helps us find it faster

  • Manufacturer part number or OEM code
  • Equipment make, model and serial number
  • A photo of the nameplate or the failed part
  • Datasheet, drawing or catalogue page
  • Rating, size, material and connection details
  • Quantity, delivery location and required date
  • Whether an equivalent is acceptable
Why SWIZ ENERGY

What actually makes the difference

01

Technical comparison, not just price

Every quotation is accompanied by a compliance view: what meets the specification, what deviates, and what the deviation means in practice.

02

Alternatives when the original is gone

Obsolete and discontinued items are a normal part of maintenance procurement. We look for functional equivalents and state clearly where they differ.

03

Consolidation across categories

Electrical, mechanical, tooling, MRO and PPE on one order, one shipment and one documentation pack.

04

Energy as an engineering outcome

Solar and storage sized from your load profile and tariff, not from a standard package that happens to be in stock.

05

A software group behind us

SWIZSOFT builds AI business software. That capability is available to our engineering and procurement work — dashboards, analysis and automation, not slideware.

06

We would rather lose the order

Where certification, export control or import legality cannot be satisfied, we decline the line and explain why. That is the whole point of a technical partner.

Have a requirement?

Send us your BOQ, specification, drawing, part number or project requirement. Our engineering and procurement team will evaluate it and identify the right solution and sourcing route.
