To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, place orders with suppliers, arrange delivery and keep the commercial records that a trading business is required to keep.

Only where it is necessary to fulfil your enquiry: suppliers and manufacturers we approach on your behalf, inspection agents, and freight and logistics providers. We do not sell contact data or share it for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the enquiry is live and afterwards for the period required for commercial, tax and warranty purposes.
