Things we will not tell you
Industrial buyers are used to being told whatever closes the order. These are commitments, not marketing.
No unearned certifications
We do not claim ISO, IEC, UL, CE, ATEX, API, Aramco or any other approval for SWIZ ENERGY or for a product unless the company or the product actually holds or meets it, and the documentation can be produced on request.
No invented specifications
Technical specifications, capacities, cycle life, efficiency figures and warranty terms are taken from the manufacturer's own documentation for the exact model quoted — never estimated, rounded up or copied from a similar product.
No blanket availability promises
"We can supply anything" is not a commitment we make. Availability depends on specification, manufacturer capability, compliance and destination requirements, and we confirm those before you commit.
No customs or certification guarantees
We support export documentation and advise on requirements, but we do not promise customs clearance, import legality or certificate acceptance in a destination country without first checking that country's rules.
No fabricated track record
Project references, client names, volumes and figures are published only where the client has agreed and the record is real. Where we have nothing to show yet, we say nothing rather than inventing it.
No AI output without an engineer
Where we use AI in analysis, comparison or diagnostics, a responsible engineer reviews the output before it informs a design, safety or purchasing decision.
