Hard-to-find industrial parts
Can't find the part you need? Send us the part number, specification, drawing, photo or equipment model. Our procurement team will identify suitable sourcing options through our international supplier network — including functional equivalents where the original is no longer made.
The awkward items nobody else will chase
Most suppliers quote what is easy. The lines that stall a maintenance job are the ones that need actual searching.
Obsolete & discontinued
Parts the original manufacturer no longer produces — sourced from remaining stock, authorised surplus, or replaced with a documented functional equivalent.
No part number, only a photo
A nameplate photo, a broken component or a hand sketch is often enough for us to identify the item and find a match.
Legacy machine spares
Older imported machinery whose original supplier has gone, changed hands or stopped supporting the model.
Items not sold locally
Products available internationally but with no distributor in your market — sourced and imported through our corridors.
Emergency breakdowns
Plant down, production stopped. We prioritise identification and the fastest legitimate route, including air freight options.
Single-piece quantities
One bearing, one card, one seal. Small quantities that larger distributors decline to quote.

Details that speed up the search
- Manufacturer part number, even if partially readable
- Equipment make, model and serial number
- Photograph of the nameplate and of the part itself
- Ratings: voltage, current, pressure, flow, temperature
- Physical size, mounting and connection details
- Material specification where relevant
- Whether an equivalent is acceptable, and what must match exactly
- Delivery country and required date
Have a whole list of stalled lines?
Send the open items from your maintenance backlog. We will work through them and report which are sourceable, which need equivalents and which are genuinely dead.
